The Trying of Your Faith

Some seasons test us in ways we never expected. We may not understand why the trial came, why it has lasted so long, or why the road has been so difficult. But even in the waiting, God is still at work.

James 1:3 reminds us, “Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.” — James 1:3 KJV

The trial is not the end of your story. Keep trusting God when you cannot see what He is doing. Keep praying when the answer has not yet come. Keep standing when you feel as though you have stood long enough.

Your faith is being strengthened, your patience is being developed, and God has not forgotten you.

Hold on. Keep the faith. Your season has a purpose. 🌿❤️

KEEP THRIVING

There are seasons when moving forward doesn't feel like progress. You may be praying, trusting God, and doing everything you know to do, yet things still aren't going according to plan.

But don't mistake difficulty for defeat.

God can use challenging seasons to strengthen you, teach you, and prepare you for what's ahead. You may not have everything figured out, but you're still here. You're still growing. You're still moving forward.

So keep trusting God. Keep growing. Keep thriving.

“Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.” — Psalm 92:13 KJV

That will give the page more breathing room and let the Keep Thriving card remain the star. And I like keeping the Scripture—it brings the whole idea of thriving → flourishing together beautifully. ❤️

OVERJOYED

Sometimes you don't realize how far God has brought you until you stop and look back.

You remember the prayers you prayed, the days you wondered how things would work out, and the moments when all you could do was trust Him. Then one day, you look around and realize, you are standing in a place you once prayed about.

It doesn't mean the journey is finished. There may still be more ahead. But sometimes God allows you a moment to recognize just how far He has carried you.

And in that moment, your heart simply says,

“God, You really brought me here.”

Take time today to thank Him—not only for where you're going, but for how far you've already come.

“This is the LORD'S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.”
Psalm 118:23 KJV

Sunday Prayer

As a new week begins, we don't know everything that lies ahead—but we can trust the One who does.

God has been faithful through every season behind us, and He will remain faithful in every step ahead. Instead of carrying yesterday's worries into tomorrow, we can place them in His hands and ask Him for peace, wisdom, and direction.

Whatever this week brings, remember that you don't have to have every answer. Trust God to order your steps and lead you one day at a time.

The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.
— Psalm 37:23 KJV

Look How Far You’ve Come

Sometimes we spend so much time looking ahead that we forget to look back.

Think about the seasons you once prayed your way through. The doors you thought would never open. The days when you wondered how you would keep going. Think about the person you were then—and the person you are today.

You may still have prayers you’re waiting on. There may still be places you want to go and things you hope to accomplish. But don't allow what hasn't happened yet to make you overlook what God has already done.

You’ve come a long way.

Take a moment and remember the prayers He answered, the strength He gave you, the lessons He taught you, and the things He carried you through.

And when you look back over your life, you may discover that some of the greatest evidence of God's faithfulness is simply this:

You're still here. And He’s still with you.

“Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.”
— 1 Samuel 7:12 KJV

There are seasons when it seems like everyone else is moving forward while you are still waiting. Doors may have closed, opportunities may have passed, and you may wonder if God has forgotten where you are.

He hasn’t.

God knows exactly where you are and what you have been praying for. What He has for you has not passed you by. Keep trusting His timing and continue moving forward in faith.

You are still seen, still known, and still in His plan.

“Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands…” — Isaiah 49:16 (KJV)

He’ll Make a Way

There are seasons when you look at what you have and wonder how it will possibly be enough. The numbers may not add up. The resources may seem limited. And you may not be able to see where the provision will come from.

But God is not limited by what you can see.

You may be standing in a grocery aisle calculating every dollar, facing an unexpected bill, or simply trying to make what you have stretch a little further. God sees the need. Bring it to Him, use wisdom with what He has placed in your hands, and trust Him with what you cannot control.

His provision may not always come the way you expected, but don't let what appears insufficient cause you to forget the faithfulness of your Provider.

Keep trusting. Keep praying. Keep moving forward. He’ll make a way.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19 KJV

Keep Going Even Without the Support

There are seasons when the support you hoped for simply isn't there. It can be discouraging when no one asks, notices, or understands what you're trying to accomplish.

But don't let the absence of support become the reason you stop.

God sees the work no one else sees. He knows the prayers, the sacrifices, and the moments you've wondered if any of it matters.

Keep going. Keep believing. Keep building.

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
— Galatians 6:9 KJV

Some seasons won't come with applause. Keep moving anyway. God sees you.

This encouragement came from a personal moment of prayer and reflection.

From Pain to Purpose

Sometimes healing begins when we stop seeing ourselves only through the lens of what happened to us and begin seeing ourselves through the eyes of God.

The painful season may have changed you, but it does not get to define you. God is still healing, restoring, and shaping your story. What once brought tears can become the very place where strength, wisdom, and purpose begin to grow.

Keep allowing God to do the work. Your story isn't over.

“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”
Psalm 147:3 KJV

Encouragement

A place to find hope, peace, and God's promises for today.

You Can Begin Again

Maybe yesterday didn't go the way you planned. Maybe you became discouraged, lost your focus, or simply grew tired.

Begin again.

You don't have to wait for a new week, a new month, or a new year. God's mercy has already met you in this morning.

“They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”

— Lamentations 3:23 (KJV)

You can't change yesterday, but you don't have to stay there.

You just need another morning. ❤️

KEEP GLEANING

Faithfulness in the Field

Ruth did not know what was waiting for her when she stepped into the field. She simply knew there was work to be done, and she remained faithful with what was before her.

Sometimes faithfulness is simply showing up, taking the next step, and trusting God when you cannot see where the path leads.

Ruth could only see the field in front of her. God could see the entire story.

Whatever God has placed in your hands today, tend to it faithfully. What may seem small or ordinary to you is not insignificant to Him.

Keep gleaning. God knows what He is growing from your faithfulness. 🌱

“Let me now go to the field, and glean ears of corn after him in whose sight I shall find grace.” — Ruth 2:2 (KJV)

TRUST HIM HERE TOO. 🤎

It’s easy to trust God when the answer has come and the way ahead is clear. But what about while you’re still waiting?

Trust Him there too.

Trust Him in the uncertainty.
Trust Him when you don’t understand.
Trust Him when you cannot see what comes next.

You may not know what God is doing behind the scenes, but you can still trust the One who has carried you this far.

“What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.” — Psalm 56:3 (KJV)

Whatever here looks like for you today, remember: God is still faithful here too. 🌱

New Start

"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not".
Galatians 6:9 (KJV)

Sometimes a new beginning doesn't arrive when we expect it. God may use the waiting, the lessons, and even the closed doors to prepare us for what comes next. Don't allow yesterday to convince you that nothing new can grow. Keep trusting, keep moving forward, and leave the timing in God's hands.

Your new start may come in due season—keep trusting God with the timing.

You Are Not Alone

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
Psalm 34:18 (KJV)

If today feels heavy, remember that God has not forgotten you. He sees every burden, every tear, and every silent prayer. Even in your hardest moments, His presence remains near. Take one breath, then another, and rest in the hope that Christ walks with you.
